Rubio Cañon Land and Water Association held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 24, 2026 at its Maiden Lane Reservoir, marking a key step in recovery from the January 2025 Eaton Fire. The event, attended by community leaders, industry representatives, and local officials, celebrated the $3 million rebuild and vital infrastructure improvements.
