The documents below are provided as examples for your use.  To preview a document, simply click on the document/file image.

To download a file, point to the document/file and click on the three dots displayed in the lower right of the document image.

Next, choose “Download” from the pull-down menu and save it to your computer.

To insure you have the latest list, click on the Refresh button within the folder to check for updates.
