AB-54 (signed into law in 2012) is a requirement for all Directors of Mutual Water Companies regardless of size. The law requires that each board member of a Mutual Water Company operated as a public water system to, within six months of taking office, complete a two-hour course offered by a qualified trainer.
To help members meet that requirement, the California Rural Water Association (CRWA) is hosting a webinar on July 10th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The cost is $69 for CRWA members and $99 for nonmembers.
