Kenneth Deck
Kenneth “Ken” Deck is the General Manager for Bellflower-Somerset Mutual Water Company located in the City of Bellflower.
Ken has worked in the water industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Bellflower-Somerset Mutual Water Company, Ken served in the U.S. Navy, and most recently worked as General Manager for Rowland Water District.
He has served on the CalMutuals Board of Director since 2014, and also serves as the Association’s Treasurer.
In addition, Ken is the Executive Director of the California Utility Executive Management Association.
