Sandi McElhenney is President of Krista Mutual Water Company in Lebec, CA. She has been involved with water for more than ten years including being instrumental in the current consolidation of Krista Mutual Water Company with Lebec County Water District. Her goal with this project is to upgrade and modernize the current 75 plus year old infrastructure to include a blending station to bring Krista into state floride compliance.
She serves on the board of the Castac Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency. With her passion for clean, affordable drinking water for all, especially the disadvantaged communities in the San Joaquin Valley, she also works in collaboration with Self Help and the Community Water Center, both in Visalia.
Sandi is a California native born in Santa Monica and has resided all over the state. Outside the office, her other loves are her family and dogs, church, community, and gardening.
