This year marks the 10th Anniversary of CalMutuals JPRIMA, a decade dedicated to protecting California’s small water systems while offering stable, member-focused insurance and risk management resources. In honor of this milestone, we will emphasize practical strategies aimed at reducing risk, enhancing resilience, and preparing for future challenges.
TRAVEL GRANTS
Members are responsible for transportation and lodging. Travel grants for mileage or airfare, hotel, and meals are available upon request for mutual water companies serving 500 connections or fewer or disadvantaged communities. Please contact ceili@calmutuals.org for additional information.
PROXY VOTING
Your participation in the annual election of Board of Directors members and approval of past annual meeting minutes is an important part of membership. Returning your proxy ensures quorum and allows you to vote for candidates or designate your proxy for quorum purposes if you’re unable to attend.
